Jitaa's Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

Jitaa (jitaa.ws) is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Jitaa and its users. By using any of Jitaa's services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to users in Bangladesh and all other regions where Jitaa's services are available. Accessing the site from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by local law is done entirely at your own risk.

Scope of Application

• These Terms and Conditions apply to the Jitaa website, mobile app, and all associated services.
• Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version will prevail.
• Jitaa reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• Jitaa's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are integral parts of these Terms and Conditions.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Jitaa. Accurate and complete information is required at registration. Providing false or incomplete details may result in account termination at any time, and any balance held may not be returned.

Registration Terms

• Each person may register only one account — multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method are not permitted.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility. Jitaa will not be held liable if unauthorized access is gained by a third party.
• Sharing, transferring, or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification is required before withdrawals — you must submit a national ID or passport along with proof of address.
• An account will be considered inactive if the balance is zero and there has been no activity for 12 months.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Jitaa supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking methods. The minimum deposit is ৳100 BDT and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500 BDT. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Important Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Your daily withdrawal limit depends on your account level. VIP members are entitled to higher limits.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, Jitaa reserves the right to hold the withdrawal pending verification.

4 Betting Rules

It's important to understand the rules that apply when betting at Jitaa. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except in limited circumstances. All betting decisions are made at your own discretion.

Bet Placement Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it is considered final. If confirmation is not received due to a technical error, Jitaa's decision will be binding.
• Bets placed before an odds change will remain valid, provided they were processed correctly.
• If an event is cancelled, stakes for the relevant bets will be refunded, subject to Jitaa's specific sport rules.
• Jitaa reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds; the original stake will be refunded in such cases.
• The cash out feature is available on select events; the value offered at the time of cash out is final.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotions are an important part of Jitaa's Terms and Conditions. All bonus offers come with specific terms, detailed on each promotion page. General bonus terms are outlined below.

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants making their first deposit only.
• A wagering requirement of typically 10x–30x must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn; refer to each bonus's individual terms for specifics.
• Bets placed with bonus balance are generally not cashable until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, a VPN, or a proxy may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• Jitaa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If wagering requirements are not met before a bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any activity that violates Jitaa's Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in permanent account closure and legal action where necessary.

• Match fixing or any violation of sports integrity.
• Transactions involving money laundering or funds from illegal sources.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses.
• Any attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access to Jitaa's systems.
• Stealing or misusing another user's account credentials.
• Managing an account on behalf of a minor or assisting them in placing bets.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Jitaa reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately for rule violations. You may also choose to close your own account at any time.

• To close your account yourself, email the support team — make sure to withdraw any remaining balance first.
• If Jitaa closes an account, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any accumulated bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited.
• Once a self-exclusion is taken under Responsible Gaming, the account cannot be reactivated before the set period expires.

8 Limitation of Liability

Jitaa is committed to providing a seamless, secure, and reliable service at all times. However, there are certain situations where Jitaa's liability is limited — please take note of these.

• Jitaa is not liable for any losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Jitaa will not be liable for any losses caused by delays in third-party payment processing.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If your account is compromised, contact the support team immediately.
• Winnings from bets placed on odds created due to obvious errors may not be honored.

9 Responsible Gaming

Responsible Gaming is a core part of Jitaa's Terms and Conditions. We believe betting should be a form of entertainment, not a way to solve financial problems.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• For a temporary break, you can set a cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• If a permanent self-exclusion request is submitted, Jitaa will action it and decline any future requests to reopen the account.
• If you notice signs of problem betting, reach out to our support team — we'll guide you to professional help.

10 Changes to Terms & Legal Matters

Jitaa may update these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the site. We recommend checking this page regularly.

• For significant changes, Jitaa will send a notice to your registered email address.
• Continued use of the site after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• Any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Jitaa's licensing authority.
• If any term is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full effect.
